boos e0a5f57793 feat(desktop): embed BoosAPI Desktop client as a subproject

Vendor the rebranded BoosAPI Desktop client (Tauri + Vue) into metapi as
a monorepo subdirectory under desktop/. Source only — node_modules,
dist, Cargo target and the upstream .git history are excluded.

desktop/ keeps its own independent Cargo workspace (desktop/src-tauri
with crates/*); it is not part of the backend boosapi crate, so a
`cargo check` at the metapi root still compiles only the backend. Build
the desktop app from desktop/src-tauri per desktop/README.md.

Note: app icons are still placeholder assets pending the final BoosAPI
logo. The updater signing keys live outside the repo and are not
included.

MCP क्या है?

Model Context Protocol (MCP) एक ओपन स्टैंडर्ड है जो AI मॉडलों को बाहरी टूल्स और डेटा स्रोतों के साथ इंटरैक्ट करने देता है। BoosApi MCP क्लाइंट के रूप में काम करता है — आप MCP सर्वर जोड़ते हैं, और AI वार्तालाप के दौरान उनके एक्सपोज़ टूल कॉल कर सकता है।

MCP सर्वर जोड़ना

फॉर्म से बनाना

Settings → MCP Servers में जाएं।
Add MCP Server क्लिक करें।
एक नाम दर्ज करें और ट्रांसपोर्ट प्रोटोकॉल चुनें।
अपने चुने हुए प्रोटोकॉल के लिए फ़ील्ड भरें।
Save क्लिक करें।

Tool loop limit

Settings -> MCP में MCP-enabled response के लिए consecutive tool-call iterations की maximum संख्या सेट कर सकते हैं। Unknown servers टेस्ट करते समय limit कम रखें, और multi-tool workflows के लिए इसे बढ़ा सकते हैं।
