Vendor the rebranded BoosAPI Desktop client (Tauri + Vue) into metapi as a monorepo subdirectory under desktop/. Source only — node_modules, dist, Cargo target and the upstream .git history are excluded. desktop/ keeps its own independent Cargo workspace (desktop/src-tauri with crates/*); it is not part of the backend boosapi crate, so a `cargo check` at the metapi root still compiles only the backend. Build the desktop app from desktop/src-tauri per desktop/README.md. Note: app icons are still placeholder assets pending the final BoosAPI logo. The updater signing keys live outside the repo and are not included.

## ما هو MCP؟
|
|
|
|
[بروتوكول Model Context Protocol (MCP)](https://modelcontextprotocol.io/) معيار مفتوح يتيح لنماذج AI التفاعل مع الأدوات ومصادر البيانات الخارجية. يعمل BoosApi كعميل MCP — تضيف خوادم MCP ويمكن لـ AI استدعاء الأدوات التي تكشفها خلال المحادثة.

## إضافة خوادم MCP
|

|

### الإنشاء عبر النموذج
|
|
|
|
1. اذهب إلى **الإعدادات ← خوادم MCP**.
|
|
2. انقر **إضافة خادم MCP**.
|
|
3. أدخل اسماً واختر بروتوكول النقل.
|
|
4. امأ الحقول لبروتوكولك المختار.
|
|
5. انقر **حفظ**.
|
|
|
|

## Tool loop limit
|
|
|
|
في Settings -> MCP يمكن ضبط الحد الأقصى لعدد consecutive tool-call iterations داخل MCP-enabled response. اخفض الحد عند اختبار unknown servers، وارفعه للـ workflows التي تحتاج chaining لعدة tools.
