docs: add Rust backend rewrite plan 56b57f7ace 
Phase-by-phase migration plan for replacing the Node.js/Fastify backend
with Axum + SQLx + tokio in Rust. 13 phases covering scaffold through
integration testing.
docs: add subagent team collaboration strategy to Rust plan b78b622f0c 
Adds workstream map, parallel phase timing, shared contracts (AppState
extension, router composition, error type patterns), file ownership matrix,
subagent task template, git branch strategy, and coordinator workflow for
multi-agent parallel development.
