nomic-embed-text tokenizes Chinese characters differently from the
estimateTokenCount heuristic (3-5 real tokens per character vs 1
estimated). Large chunks overflow the 8192 token context. Reduce
TargetTokens/MaxTokens to keep chunks within limits.
Previously indexing failures were silently logged, returning success
even when the embedding model was not configured or Qdrant was down.
Now the error is returned to the frontend so the user sees it.
- Replace form attribute with ref-based form submission to avoid
potential portal-related form resolution issues in base-ui Dialog
- Add null guard for fetchUsersAll return value to prevent crash
when API returns null data
Prevent "Cannot read properties of null (reading forEach)" when
fetchTagsAll / fetchAgentProfilesAll / fetchAgentTeamsAll return null
from the API. Add null guard in buildTagOptions and array checks for
