boos 2f9f3614a2 fix: adapt CI for Gitea Actions, remove Docker/GitHub-specific workflows ...

- Rewrite ci.yml: replace GitHub Actions with run: steps, drop
  Docker publish, MySQL/Postgres schema, and artifact upload jobs
- Delete codeql.yml (GitHub CodeQL, not available on Gitea)
- Delete docs-pages.yml (GitHub Pages specific)
- Delete release.yml (Docker Hub + GitHub Releases)
- Delete claude-code.md, claude-opus-4.7.md (unused)
