siteInitializationPresets 共享契约(ts/js/d.ts)加 comfy-cloud 预设:
platform=comfy_cloud, defaultUrl=https://cloud.comfy.org, 自动填充官方地址。
platform 联合类型扩 'comfy_cloud';urlMatcher + Rust detect_site_platform 同步识别。

boos e7f3da5961 feat(billing): user billing ledger + summary endpoints 
新增 GET /api/user/billing/ledger 与 /api/user/billing/summary 两个用户侧接口,
基于 Task11 的 list_user_ledger / summarize_user_ledger 返回当前用户的明细与聚合。
随文件一并提交此前累积的充值/支付/市场相关改动及测试辅助。

含本会话累积的支付路由功能(firebase-login 回执登录、recharge-records
列表/确认/清空、诊断卡)及 admin_confirm_user_recharge 传 config 的调用适配,
使计费 Task9(comfy 充值改积分)调用方编译完整。
