boos 8ca6c2ad4f feat(comfy-cloud): Comfy Cloud 预设移到首位 + 新增站点默认选中 
预设数组把 comfy-cloud 排第一;站点管理 openAdd 默认选 Comfy Cloud 预设
(预填 url+platform,只需贴 X-API-Key)。detect-race 测试补平台重置以保留竞态覆盖。

boos e8508cb056 feat: Codex 工作区改动迁移(支付管理/用户余额/创作页等) 
将 Codex 在工作区累积的改动整体落到 refactor/rust-backend:
支付管理与用户余额页、各创作 surface、website 等。排除 boosapi.db/config.toml 等敏感文件。

boos bfd804f719 feat(billing): UsageRecords dual-track ledger view 
api.ts 新增 userApi.getBillingLedger / getBillingSummary 及 Billing* 类型;
UsageRecords.tsx 增加 USD/积分 双轨切换 tab、积分汇总卡与明细表(切到积分轨时懒加载)。
随文件一并提交此前累积的支付/Comfy Cloud/工作流前端 API 改动。

- 前端 /0/0/0 各自携带独立 checkoutUrl
- 后端按金额解析独立 Checkout URL 配置
- 同时校验 optionId 和 amountUsd 防止金额错配
- 移除旧单一固定 checkout URL 兜底
