Split the 2447-line TokenRoutes.tsx into focused modules:
- types.ts: shared type definitions
- utils.ts: pure helper functions
- SortableChannelRow.tsx: DnD channel row component
- ManualRoutePanel.tsx: route create/edit form
- RouteFilterBar.tsx: collapsible filter panel with chip layout
- RouteCard.tsx: collapsed/expanded route card
- AddChannelModal.tsx: batch add channel modal
- useRouteChannels.ts: on-demand channel loading hook
