+### Requirement: video-agent handlers route through the pool
+Every handler under `routes/video_agent.rs` SHALL resolve the caller's `user_id` from the JWT cookie and operate on `state.comfyui_pool.get_or_start(user_id)` instead of the global `state.comfyui` singleton. The wire format of existing endpoints SHALL NOT change.
